Introduction to pistol shooting fundamentals. You’ll shoot 75 rounds and come away with a realistic understanding of what to look for in a pistol and the practice and discipline needed to learn how to shoot.

How long is the class?
One hour. This private experiential class starts with a review of gun safety and range etiquette and moves immediately to the range.
Do I need my own pistol?
No, I will provide a selection of handguns for you to try, including 9mm, .22 and .38 caliber handguns.
Should I bring ammo?
Do not bring any ammunition. Seventy-five rounds of ammo (9mm, .22 and .38 caliber) are included in the cost.
What gear do I need?
No gear is needed. Electronic ear protection and eye protection is provided.
Where are classes held?
The one-hour private class is held at Philadelphia Training Academy (PTA), located in South Philadelphia’s Italian Market, at 831 Ellsworth Street.
What is the cost?
This one-hour private experiential class is $125 for one person, or $225 for two. Cost is all inclusive.
