Great practice day at the range with Gino Giliotti from 1ST IN at our new home range, Topton Fish & Game. Running Bill Drills at the end of the day, a favorite of mine to test my fundamentals. I’m looking for consistency in performance, and stability and durability in my grip through longer strings of fire. I ran it three times in a row, 3:05, 3:27 and 3:06. Fumbled clearing my shirt on the second run which resulted in a slightly slower time. Running a fully stock Glock 19 Gen 5, overall the splits are consistent in the mid .2s, maintained consistent grip pressure so gun returned predictably, and I stayed locked in on my focal point so accuracy was there with all (18) alphas. Biggest challenge is getting my draw speed down.
